The Need
A food brand wanted to elevate their offering to command a higher price point.
OUR APPROACH
RedSky took team through our unique innovation process. Created Discovery Journeys where members looked for inspiration both inside and outside the category. Discovery journey included at least two live experiences where members could “walk in the shoes” of their target.
This was followed by “Speed dating” sessions where the team had the opportunity to personally talk to the target and ask questions, further deepening their understanding of the target’s needs. Finally, a live action, two day workshop was held to synthesize learnings, develop insights based innovation pillars and create new product ideas.
